Q: Will my house be damaged by having it cleaned?
Absolutely not. We apply a cleaning solution to the surface prior to washing. This solution kills mould & helps to loosen dirt, grime etc. The removal is done with low pressure. As a further safeguard, Mainly Housewashing is fully insured.
Q: Do you use “High Pressure”?
We only use high pressure on surfaces such as concrete, pavers, bricks, tiles etc.
Q: Which parts of a building do you wash?
We can wash virtually anything at all – walls, gables, windows, fascia, eaves, the exterior surfaces of guttering and downpipes, or any other exterior structure that may need cleaning such as carport, garages, retaining walls, pavers, awnings, picket fences, mouldy bricks & any concrete area.
Q: How much will it cost?
The price will vary according to a number of factors including the size of the house or business and the amount of work to be done. After we inspect your property we provide you with a free quote. There is no obligation to go ahead unless you are happy with the quote.
Q: Is there any limit to the size of the building you can wash?
We can wash any building from a small garden shed up.
Q: Is the cost of washing a brick home the same as for a weatherboard home?
All things being equal, brick houses will be cheaper as the walls do not need to be cleaned.
